RescuTechs guarantees that it will fix your computer problem or there will be no charge for the service.  No Fix - No Fee applies when our technicians are unable to fix the originally reported problem, onsite or at our offices.  If the original computer problem is fixed by the technician the customer will be charged the full price as agreed to.  Additional services ordered by the  customer during the service call are extra and do carry the No Fix - No Fee guarantee--per problem/service.
