First, call us and let us know what you're having a problem with.  If remote support is an appropriate solution, we will be happy to help you using a safe and secure connection between one of our remote support computers and yours. 

Remember, no software will be left installed on your computer.  The system we use does not allow us to connect to your computer without your permission.

When asked, just click the big green button to download and run the software.  Then, like magic, we are connected to your computer, almost like we were there.  When the support session is over, we disconnect and the software is uninstalled automatically--you will have to download the software again to get remote support in the future.  It's easy, it's secure, and it's fast!  The first five minutes are always free.
